Emotional Fitness Thoughts
As with every day life, nature provides us with moments of beauty. Use such moments as a shield against the ugly. The more you look for beauty, the stronger you your ability to handle mad, bad, and sad feelings what is commonly called Emotional Intelligence.
PARENTING ADVICE
Teach your children early on to wonder at the beauty in the world, to seek it, and to cherish it. It is a stepping stone to optimism and hope which strengthen their Emotional Intelligence.
