A LAUGH AND MORE

I am making Thursday re-blog day to share and support other bloggers’ efforts to make our world a bit better.  As laughter is one of the Twelve Easy Emotional Fitness Exercises I will mostly share laughs. This one from Savage Chickens:

Sharing laughs builds emotional strength, what I call Emotional Fitness, and others call Emotional Intelligence.  Doug is one of my favorite cartoonists.  Do you have a favorite? Point us to him or her in the comments.

Remember the weekend cometh.  Plan some laugh and play time as well as me-time, family and friend time, quiet time, and thinking about what matters time.
