A Daily Prompt: “ Tell us about your greatest fear — rational or irrational.” Mine? A stroke that totally incapacitates with no recovery hope. Death is preferable.

Honoring every day heroes.

Be grateful and kind while you still can, now is all you have been granted.

My greatest fear is not unrealistic at my age and given my family history.  So I  take what care of me I can.  I have written my living will. my family knows what I want if I become uncommunicative. My funeral arrangements are in place.  With all that taken care of I live on and with great awareness of how lucky and blessed I am.

Take advantage of all you have been given.  Be here now, be grateful, live kindly, laugh often, share and care.

Thank you for all you do and as always stay strong.
