STAY STRONG

No matter how busy you are, you need time outs to refresh and renew. The two exercises are quick ways to refuel. However, you and those you love need more than quick breaks throughout you day.

When God commanded the Jews to observe the Shabbat, the purpose was to force quiet time on this tribe of his children. You do not have to be Jewish or even believe in God to benefit from a day away from work and particularly electronic devices and stores.

Can’t bear the thought of a full day?  Start with a few hours, build toward a full day.  You will benefit.

    So sorry but I need to ask for any reference-therapy/family/parenting ( what ever)in Inland Empire Riverside, Ca.. Your business in NY – is there any like that in LA area.

    • I have trained a few Emotional Fitness Trainers, but none in Riverside. Alternatives. try support groups until you find one that works. You need to give them at least six meetings to see if they fit. Alanon worked for me for awhile. I come from a long line of drunks and as with those not addicted to the drink or drugs we get addicted to the care taking. To make anything work, you have to tailor it to you. Like many people, I did not like the powerless bit of 12 step, but could see that a few things were beyond my control.

      I have thought about starting an google hangout EFT support group. Would you be interested in participating if I do. If you are thinking of therapy, let me know and I will sent you some other ideas.

      • I see you did ask about therapy. Go on line and look for therapists in your area that are cognitive based, set SMART goals, and use Scott Miller’s Outcome measures. You should be able to email them and get answers to all three questions. I think the outcome measures are most important. You can google Scoot to see what I am talking about. You can also find a free poster coach about SMART Goals at my EFTI Store. Will send you the link to that in a minute.
