Turn this picture into an Emotional Fitness Exercise: Breathe in, focus, hold, focus more, breathe out, say “Ahhhhh” and “Thank You.”

ROCKING ON WITH CEMETERY ROCKS  Some may think this an exercise in Uncommon Beauty, but I always loved and found peace in cemeteries. Felt I had connected to souls I never knew.  This one is of some of the Broomall family.  My mother’s family, not a the most beautiful shot, but gave me a sense of who I was and that is always part of staying strong or emotionally fit.  I have several beautiful shots from mu Be With Beauty Photographers.

Hope you will consider sharing your pictures as a part of my Be With Beauty Exercise.  You can send the pictures in jpg. I can harvest them  if you are on Facebook. I can get them from Kodak or Picasa.  I won’t use any without permission and will only name you by name if that is what you wish.  Looking mainly for pictures of nature but there is beauty in other things.  Also seeking what I call Uncommon Beauty so share your take on that.

Care, share, stay strong.

    • Good to hear from you and hope your unpacking is done. Yes, old cemeteries have many stories to tell. Once saw a family who lost eight children before any turned five. Thank goodness for modern medicine.

Have been tied up with problems moving my blog to so I could start and EFTI store. Didn’t realize it would knock me off the postaday list. Still working things out, but as you can see I’m back on postaday. Moving is stressful. We moved nine times during our marriage, some up and some down. And always amazed me how much stuff we accumulated between moves.
