Thinking about what matters.

Breathe in focus, Hold, Think. Breathe out.  Smile and say “Ahhhhh” or thank you.

ABOUT THE PICTURE  Will use week’s  topic to post some of Emotional Fitness Training, Inc.’s exercises simply and without lots of explaining.

Cranky Old Lady developed these exercises to help her de-stress, deal with negative feelings, and keep from ending up in jail.

Today’s post is about Remembering What matters.  In the rush and turmoil of life, we often can get stressed and forget what matters.  Thinking about what matters while taking a Calming Breath can keep stress nad negative feelings from taking control.  The picture is of an  EFTI  quote poster.   All of this weeks pictures will be one or another EFTI Poster Coach.  A Poster Coach is a simple reminder to stay on track with staying emotional fit.

STAYING STRONG TIP    What matters?  Well, make no mistake money matters, but as the Irish say, “Enough is a feast.”  Enough and means you have food; clean water; safe shelter; basic medical care–vaccinations, dental care,  and access to contraception advice; access to education so you can read, write, and learn the skills for survival in your culture;  the right to practice your religion or no religion; and finally freedom from violence. Then it is not just your right, but your responsiblity to do good in all the ways you can. You do it for others, you do it for the next generation, you do it for yourself.
