Focus, breathe in, hold, breathe out, say “Ahhhh” and “Thank you.”

As  quoted pictured in from the description of the photo in  New Scientist’s February photo Competition Winners.  This was one of the runner up photos and I liked it better than the winner.

Remember: stay alert to beauty all the time, looking deeply or stepping back, being with nature are positive ways of being with beauty.  Stay strong.
