Any time you can find beauty, remember to enjoy it fully. How? Breathe in, focus, hold, breathe out, smile softly, and say “Thank You.”

This Emotional Fitness Training Exercise seeks to strengthen your Emotional Intelligence.  Improving the moment strengthens your Emotional Intelligence by helping you step aside for a moment or two when stress,  bad, mad, or sad feelings visit. Doing so focuses you on what matters so you act wisely.

Be With Beauty and other EFTI exercises  improve the moment and help dampen the  urge to act too quickly. Not wise.  Go here for more easy Emotional Fitness Exerises.

PARENTING ADVICE

This Emotional Fitness Exercise can be taught to your childen as soon as they begin acquiring language simply by pointing out what is beautiful to you when you are with them. By the time they are four of five, they can be taught to be fully aware of beauty as described in the East Emotional Fitness Exercises.

PRACTICE KINDNESS

Sharing is caring; so is liking, or commenting.Both are ways to Practice Kindness which is another Emotional Fitness Exercise.
