This Emotional Fitness Training Exercise seeks to strengthen your Emotional Intelligence. Improving the moment strengthens your Emotional Intelligence by helping you step aside for a moment or two when stress, bad, mad, or sad feelings visit. Doing so focuses you on what matters so you act wisely.

This Emotional Fitness Exercise can be taught to your childen as soon as they begin acquiring language simply by pointing out what is beautiful to you when you are with them. By the time they are four of five, they can be taught to be fully aware of beauty as described in the East Emotional Fitness Exercises.
