
To do this exercise with full awareness: breathe in slowly, hold for a count of four;breathe out slowly; breathe normally; smile and say “Ahh” or ‘Thank you.”
Make time every day to be with nature’s beauty and to spend some moments wondering at all that lives. Wonder about this? Are trees alive? Do rocks tremble when a tree puts down roots?
We think we know much and we do and we know so very little. Hold knowledge lightly, so your are open to the wonder of it all.
