Learning to fully aware of the beauty of this world is one of the easiest Emotional Fitness Exercises. It is even easier if you make an effort to create beauty spots here and there. Favorite pictures scattered around your house.
I have a black thumb but can grow succulents. I enjoy their beauty several times a day.
WARNING: Habituation is a human trait that means we get used to seeing things and don’t really notice them. It took me three days to finally wake up to the fact that my husband had shaved his mustache. That can happen to the beauty spots you create. Work at staying aware. You will enjoy more and grow stronger.
Remember what matters, be grateful for all you have been given, and practice kindness.
P.S. Practice kindness by reading, liking, commenting or sharing this post. Think about buying one of my eBooks. They cost less than a latte, last longer, and are healthier. Create Calm In Your Life is the newest. Then there is this one When Good Kids Get You In a Gotcha War which is now out in paperback.
