Practicing Kindness is one of the easiest emotional fitness exercises to practice. Being kind strengthens your Emotional Intelligence. Being kind is a choice.
STAYING EMOTIONALLY STRONG
Being kind to others matters, but as the weekend approaches also take time to be kind to you. Find quiet time so you can think about what matters, laugh and play, indulge in healthy pleasures, be with people who care, be with beauty,
Thank you for all you do. Like if you did; share if you think another will find this useful. That will be practicing kindness for me and for you if not another.
