Are you stressed out right now? (If so, why? If not, why not?

Taking my feeling temperature (see the feeling thermometer on my blog site or the Wikihow I started How to Take a Feeling Temperature)  negativity which causes stress  beginning.  Why?  Sigh, trying to do too much: work on my blog, work on my novel, keep a doctor’s appointment, go to the Gym.  As I am retired this is all stuff I am doing for me and to  me.  But as I am 73 there is a sense of “Not enough time left.”  So I will do a One Minute Meditation , remind myself it is all all right, post this,  and  head for  lunch.
