Stressed, but de-stressing with the OMM–One Minute Meditation

My stress level increased by two degrees when I saw that my link to the One Minute Meditation was incorrect on my daily post.  Have corrected my error and will now use the OMM to de-stress.

Topic #6  (just 359 to go). What stresses you and why.   Aging and rushing and making mistakes stresses me.  Which is why I have to practice lots of emotional fitness exercises.  Going to the doctors and then the gym.  Enjoy your youth, like taxes, aging is one of life’s sure bets.
