DAILY POST CHALLENGE

Topic #7  (just 358 to go).  Share a story about a memorable job interview. It was the fifth interview for a management job at a big time hospital.  Very corporate climate.  Not my style but an interesting job.   The pool of candidates had been narrowed down to me and one other.  I thought the interview went well, but Iwasn’t the chosen one.  Later,  I  was told by someone in the know that I didn’t get the job because I had worn the same clothes at my last intervirew as I had at the first  interview.  Unfortunately, my supply of corporate clothes was limited in those days and more so today.  Happily, I was interviewing at other agencies  was hired for a job I loved.  I worked there for 15 years, the person who was hired at job number one lasted there two years.   All is well that ends well.
