DAILY POST CHALLENGE

HOW DO I STAY FOCUSED? I don’t.  I flit from thing to thing, my brain seems wired that way.  I do flit back to the important things and must-do-deadlines eventually lead to my doing what has must be done.   Speaking as a mental health professional focus is the product of obsessive compulsive tendencies  and  flitting is a product of attention deficit tendencies.    Take your pick if your brain allows it.  Otherwise play the hand  deck of cards  your brain and life have gifted you with as best you can.

Topic #8  (just 357 to go). How do you stay focused on a task or activity? What do you do when you need to concentrate or get things done? (Say, writing a blog post)
