No one likes admitting they are wrong, but when you are an apology goes a long way to restoring harmony. Here’s a thought, apologizing even when you do not think you are wrong also restores harmony.
How to apologize when you did no wrong, but someone thinks you did? You say the following
“I’m sorry. “
“I’m sorry, I did not mean to upset you.”
“I’m sorry, “I will try to do better.”
You are not admitting wrongdoing, but acknowledging the other person’s perspective.
