Fear is a clue to take care, but all too often its warning is false. Future fears are mostly false fears.
Improve your Emotional Intelligence by thinking carefully before giving into future fears.
Fearmongering is common but usually made up of false fears. Learn to spot it as you read the news, look at ads, or talk to friends.
Instead of fearing the future, relish today. Make a choice to hope for the best. The future is always unknown and often turns out better than you expected.
