SLEEP OH SLEEP, OR WHERE FOR ART THOU SWEET SLEEP?  Hate the nights I can’t sleep; not so bad if I am alert enough to do something amusing or of value.  I am lucky in that I have never required gobs of sleep and it takes two or three short sleep nights to make me woozy during the day and for me a sleepless night usually means a sleep-easy the next night.  Have many WOO friends who suffer more. This article is for them.

Study shows new evidence of age-related decline in the brain’s master circadian clock / UCLA Newsroom.

And here is a WikiHow about getting better sleep.  I suspect  most of my long-suffering sleepless in where ever friends know this drill.  Still some of the ideas might help if sleep is just beginning to be a problem and you haven’t been driven to expertize yet.

Share, care, and stay strong.
