This Emotional Fitness Training Exercise seeks to strengthen your Emotional Intelligence.  Gratitude focuses you on the positive and keeps you from being pulled under by the negative. Gratitude strengthens your Emotional Intelligence by helping you remember what matters  when stress,  bad, mad, or sad feelings visit.
