Tip one: If you are still able to move, remember to be grateful. Then move on slowly and surely.
Tip two: Whether moving or not, practice your self-soothing skills. These three can be done even when your body cannot move: OMM, Be With Beauty, Sloganeering.
Tip three: As always remember what matters. Be generous and forgiving.
