I think we all stand on the shoulders of giants, and so cannot claim this is all me. But aside from deciding to marry and have children, Emotional Fitness Training is one of other productions. The idea came to me while directing a mental health crisis team in a poverty ridden and violent part of the  South Bronx. Everyone was into physical fitness, very few wanted therapy, so when I read about Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Fitness Training came to be.
