EMOTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING TIP

I do believe we all are here for a reason and that makes up a personal mission. Finding ourselves and our personal mission takes time; and that time is well spent trying on  different variations.  Going against that core nature erodes our emotional fitness.

Moreover, in the long run, as the poet once said “I have to live with myself and so, I want to be good for my self to know.”  Which to me says, seek not just your personal missions, but The Mission.

Don’t know The Mission? Be kind to all you meet, make your corner of the world a better place to be.
