A Leap Year Riddle: Which month has 29 days in it during a leap year?
The answer to the riddle: Every month.
Did I catch you on that?
Did you leap to the easy answer?
That is how our brains are designed. Usually, that makes things easier. Then there are the other times.
If you got the answer wrong, did you laugh a bit at yourself. Good for you, that is a sure sign you have high Emotional Intelligence.
As I write this I think the extra day should always be a paid holiday with those who must work being paid time and a half overtime. Bet you agree.
EMOTIONAL FITNESS TIP
Usually, making a quick decision makes things easier. Then there are the other times. Like thinking you are in love when you are in lust. Or jumping into a swimming pool that was drained during the night, or thinking your drinking has made you a better driver.
The more your heart says “Leap,” the more you need to pause and think. Heart and head must work together to keep you safe and without regrets
This post was inspired by today’s Word Press’ Daily Prompt which consisted of one word: Leap.
