Making it Through Hard Times – A Quick Emotional Fitness TIp or Two

Times are tough for many, tougher for some than others, but we all carry our own burdens. The trick? Not to let the bad. mad or sad rule your life.

Maya Angelou quotes

Quotes are great for lifting our spirits and the most important think about quotes is that they make us think, hopefully about what matters.

What matters? As Angelou suggests “Being a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.”

Our mission as humans is to improve this world for all. Not easy, but the more each person works to lighten the lives of those known and not known, then the closer the world moves toward peace. It may not seem like your efforts matter, but they do and the only way forward for the whole world is that the good people work as hard at improving the world as those who do evil work.

Thank you for all you do

P.S.This post relates to this Word Press Daily Prompt

Out of Your Reach:   Was there a toy or thing you always wanted as a child, during the holidays or on your birthday, but never received? Tell us about it.

There is always something out of our reach. As children it is toys, but as we become wiser, it seems like world peace is out of our reach. Not true. However, we do have to work at it and teach our children the same. It may not come in our time, but it will come.
