STAY Strong

When you feel, act and then think, you often act the fool or minimally do things you regret.  The Emotional Fitness Training Inc’s game plan pushes feeling, thinking, and then acting.  Doing gives you the best chance of acting wisely.

P.S. This fits in with today’s WordPress Daily Prompt: Michelangelo’s YOU :Your personal sculptor is carving a person, thing, or event from the last month of your life into the glistening marble of immortality. What’s the statue and what makes it so significant?
