Think you can read minds? Think again. Knowing what someone else is thinking is always a guessing game. No one is a mind reader. This quote says it all:
Thinking you know what someone else feels or thinks is a false assumption and as the first three letters of the word assumption denote you are in danger of seeming like a Donkey.
What to do? Ask and ask again. That is part of my CARE response for children but works as well when you or another are caught in a strong feeling and likely to be making false assumptions.
As always, thank you for all you do. I am particularly grateful to those who practice internet kindness by liking, rating, commenting, or sharing my posts.
Clothes make the impression and impressions matter, but most impressions form the bedrock of most false assumptions.
