Phys Ed: Does Stretching Before Running Prevent Injuries? – NYTimes.com.

An important article.  I hate static stretching, stretching and counting to 20. The latest research says don’t.  Instead warm up slowly and try  dynamic stretching–moving as you stretch using range of motion exercises.  Dance anyone? Lets do the twist.
