PENSIVE WAYS TO THE GOOD LIFE

Examples of fallacies or twisted thinking.

Pensive means to think and thinking means to act wisely. When you do things you regret or later feel bad about, you have been lead astray by  twisted thinking. You left logic behind. Okay much of the time, but not always. The stronger you feel about something, the more you need to think before acting. Heart and brain working together remain the surest road to the good life.

Emotional Fitness Training Exercise

Television and other media, give you lots of opportunity to practice spotting twisted thinking. Hopefully, you will then see how your thoughts can lead you away from reality.
