Practice kindness as often as I can as many ways as I can. I don’t know if others have appreciated it my efforts, but I do know I am stronger and happier for doing so. That explains why have I made Practicing Kindness a major emotional fitness exercise to improve emotional intelligence.
One of my daily practices is to greet everyone I meet with a smile and compliment. When shopping, I make it a goal to make who ever waits on me smile or laugh.
One of my little jokes is to respond to the question “Did you find every thing you needed” by saying, “Not the million dollars I want and I guess you haven’t either.”
Here is another of my Emotional Fitness Training Poster Coaches about the importance of practicing kindness.
A teacher recently said this about how she uses my Poster Coaches in her classroom: ” … they are great to laminate, stick in a binder, or even tape onto a desk. The ideas are, as usual, endless, and should be individualized for every kiddo.”
