STAYING EMOTIONALLY STRONG
Being kind to others matters, but you also need to be kind to you. You alone know what you put up with, what silent suffering you endure, how hard some days you work just to keep putting one foot in front of the other, how often you turn from cruelty and keep practicing kindness. That is one way to be kind to you
Other ways to be kind to yourself? Care carefully for your physical needs. Indulge in healthy pleasures, be with people who care, be with beauty, be alone, and thank and praise your self.
