Practicing Facebook Kindness.

Practice Kindness is one of the Twelve Daily Emotional Fitness Training (EFT) Exercises.  Because I am mostly deaf, Facebook provides me an outlet for socializing, getting support, making friends across the globe. In time I learned to do the above, and my number of friends grew.
