Gets me through the not so good days.

TOPIC 88 (Getting Through. ) Better day than yesterday, but on the run and caring for the grands.  Phew.  Got through.  This article supports my advice from yesterday’s post. Chocolate rocks.

STAYING STRONG TIP  Remember you are human and will have days you are grateful you have made it through even when it is just the small stuff nipping at your heels.  If at the end of the day be grateful you got through for if you are reading this, you have gotten through. Then indulge in your version of chocolate, and get some sleep.
