STAYING STRONG TIP

CHALLENGE YOURSELF These barefoot joggers know the value of a challenge.  This is not one I would accept, probably few would.  My long time friend M.Kim is a barefoot jogger.  He is not one of those in this picture.  I took this at Clement Park in Littleton, Colorado.  Loved it although made me shiver a bit and feet tingle.

Challenging yourself adds spice to your life and strengthens your emotional fitness.  The trick is to make the challenge hard enough to add spice, but not so hard that you fail.  My current challenge is the Daily Post Challenge.  Now that I have met tha  goalt, I need to make my Daily Post Challenge a  bit more challenging.  That is why I am trying to add pictures to all my blog posts.  Takes time, but a picture is worth a 1000 words or so they say.  I am beginning to meet this challenge, so I am contemplating the next challenge.  I have two in mind.  The first is to solve my scheduling post problems; the second to settle on a posting routine.  I am thinking of a Be With Beauty Post first thing every morning, then one or two general posts which could or could not include the Daily Post Question  and a Good night post–maybe a calming picture or meditation.   Any suggests greatly appreciated.  For now, what challenge can you add to your life that will spice it up a bit.  Stay strong.
