HUNGRY, ANGRY, LONELY,  TIRED OR REALLY DEPRESSED

I always know when I am getting down in the dumps, I might be  getting sick. I also know chocolate helps, forgiveness, connecting and  sleeping also help lift me up.  AA has known this for years, now the scientists are catching up.  Thank you Wray Herbert, Ifriend for this.
