Managers in the advertising industry gave answers that they were ninety-per-cent confident were correct. In fact, their answers were wrong sixty-one per cent of the time. Throughout the ages, people have been convinced of one truth or another; sadly that has lead to calls of heresy, and all too often meant death for those who believe differently than those in power. Beliefs about God, Gods or Goddesses are most prone to either clash or be used to rouse groups against other groups. Wouldn’t the world be better if we concentrated on following the Golden Rule which almost all faiths and philosophies agree is the way to a good life, and let whatever powers exist above us decide the rest.
