Make the quote an Emotional Fitness Exercise by Focusing, breathing in, holding your breath while thinking about the quote, breathing  out,  smiling and saying  “Ahhhhh.”  Stay strong remember what matters and keep caring.

  1. This is certainly a wonderful and purposeful exercise and the timing couldnt be more perfect.
    As we go through the days of the year the hope is to stay in the present and focus on and act on what matters – most.
