Love Einstein, but don’t agree with this.  Many rant about Facebook, iPads, texting, and the like diminishing us. Some things are diminished but others enhanced by our social networking.  Like so many things, technology is a tool.  It can create nuclear bombs or artificial hearts.

On a more  mundane note — technology has enhanced my life beyond my wildest dreams.  Mostly by the ability to find new friends or connect with friends I cherish but cannot see or talk to easily.

All those reading this, you have enriched my life, rescued my old age, and I love you all.

I also know that as I gain more and more friends it is harder to acknowledge each of you.  Do know you are all in my heart and when I thank the universe, I am thanking all of you and asking that the force or forces above us be with you all.

Today’s Tip: Remember anything can become an addiction.  An addiction is something that interferes with the good things in life.  Face to face contact with another person or two or five or ten is not only one of the good things in life, but  known to improve your physical well-being.  So enjoy your internet, but make time for holding hands, playing games, hugging another, sharing tea, or just being with.

Thinking about what matters is a major way to stay emotionally healthy and helps keep you walking the path to peace.  It is not easy in today’s world, but has never been easy.  It is a skill however, all can practice and improve.

DISCLAIMER: FORGIVE MY GRAMMATICAL ERRORS FOR I HAVE DYSGRAPHIA.  If you need perfect posts, you will not find them here. Dysgraphia is a not well-known learning disability.  Because it visits me often  sometimes my sentence structure is not that easy to follow or I make other errors. Still, most people understand me. All of my books are professionally edited, but not all of my blog posts are.  If this troubles you, feel free to read elsewhere.  If you persevere, you are practicing kindness by lifting my spirits for that means you find what I say helpful and that is one of my missions. Kindness always repays those who spread it.
