Thinking About What Matters

Nature quote by Einstein

Gerald Schroeder, a scientist and interpreter of  the Old Testament notes that the creator he believes in wanted humans to learn about the world not by reading, but by communing with nature.

To read more about this  read God According to God   here’s a quote:

According to our best understanding of the universe and equally according to the most ancient commentaries on the book of Genesis, there was only one physical creation. Science refers to it as the big bang. The Bible calls it the creation of the heavens and the earth. Every physical object in this vast universe, including our human bodies, is built of the light of creation.

Thank you for all you do.  Thank me by remembering sharing is caring; so is liking, or commenting. Your caring keeps me going.

Emotional Fitness aka Emotional Intelligence involves thinking carefully about strong feelings before acting. Feelings are signals and want you to act as they suggest. Strong feelings are like 911 siren calls; when you act on their urging, you often end up with regrets.

Then there were the Irish who crept in somewhere along the line, who would laugh at my Safe Drinking Rules.

Finally, my mother joked about some First Nation blood, but mainly when she was looking at one of her children’s dirty feet. “You are a child of the Blackfoot tribe.”
