I am planning a 75  day challenge for myself based on her post and her ideas.  Practicing Kindness is a way to both stay strong and make the world a better place for many.

PRACTICE KINDNESS

Share and care, in one way or another it will come back to you.  You get what you give, so give smiles,  hugs, praise,  compliments and even money, but give and give kindly.

Stay strong, I work at it all the time.
