EMOTIONAL FITNESS TIPs
Tip one: Learn to look for beauty, here there and everywhere. I find beauty in rocks. Here is one of my rock pictures:
Tip two: Be with beauty by looking for it, then when you find it, breathe in slowly, focus, hold, absorb, breathe out slowly, smile and say “Thank you.”
Tip three: Share your pictures of beauty. Send them to me in Jpeg format to [email protected] Send only your own pictures. Include a note about how you wish to be credited. I will use them in a blog post or pin them on my Pinterest Be With Beauty Board and let you know when I have done so. Sharing is caring, caring is kindness and strengthens all.
